Dr. Fantini has practiced chiropractic in Salem, MA since 1983. A chiropractic patient himself since childhood, Dr. Fantini sought chiropractic care when he suffered from migraine headaches. He began to appreciate the value of receiving consistent preventive care which mobilized the body to heal itself from within rather than relying on medications. At the age of twelve, he had decided to pursue a career in chiropractic.
He was educated at the College of William and Mary in Virginia and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree in 1980.
Dr. Fantini’s practice is guided by his belief that people deserve to have a choice in their healthcare, and that that care should be of the highest quality possible.
To ensure quality, he recognizes the importance of careful evaluation to address the needs of each patient. He knows that all back pain is not the same. Some problems are simple and easily fixed, while others are complex or chronic and require more extensive treatment. For this reason, Dr. Fantini provides careful diagnosis and treatment tailored to the individual.
Dr. Fantini has pursued advanced training in the field of radiology. In 1992, he became a Board Certified Chiropractic Radiologist (D.A.C.B.R.). There are only three other practitioners to hold this advanced degree in New England. In addition to his clinical practice in Salem, MA, his radiology degree has allowed him to teach on a post-graduate level as well as maintain a film reading practice. He has lectured around the country on diagnostic imaging and the evaluation of musculoskeletal disorders.
